Regional Finance Management Oversee full-spectrum finance operations across regional entities Manage monthly closing, consolidation, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements Monitor cash flow, working capital, and regional profitability Commercial & Operational Finance Partner closely with operations and country managers on:Profitability analysisCost optimizationPricing and margin analysisRoute and warehouse cost efficiency Analyze freight, transport, warehousing, and operational KPIs Budgeting & Forecasting Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts Build financial models and scenario planning Improve forecasting accuracy using data analytics and automation tools AI & Digital Transformation Use AI tools and modern technologies to improve finance productivity and reporting Drive automation initiatives in reporting, reconciliation, forecasting, and dashboard creation Leverage tools such as:ChatGPT / Microsoft CopilotPower BI / TableauERP systemsAI-assisted financial analysis tools Introduce smarter workflows instead of relying on manual spreadsheet-heavy processes Team & Stakeholder Management Manage and mentor finance teams across countries Work with external auditors, tax agents, and banking partners Present financial insights to senior management We regret only shorlisted candidates will be contacted.
