How you will make an impact: - Lead extended operations teams across all product lifecycle phases, including research and development, new product introduction, sustaining operations, and end of life - Partner cross functionally with product engineering, capacity planning, test engineering, and other stakeholders to improve yield, cost, and supply assurance - Define and execute global supply chain strategies that deliver cost-optimized, reliable products aligned with business and customer commitments - Drive contract manufacturers to achieve output plans by resolving constraints related to capacity, yield, quality, and Clear to Build readiness - Establish and manage safety stock strategies and escalate material risks to Global Commodity Management partners to mitigate supply disruptions - Generate manufacturing plans and ensure supplier readiness to support new product ramps and sustained volume production - Measure supplier performance through key performance indicators and lead mitigation strategies to minimize customer impact The must haves: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field - Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management within a global, multi-site environment - Demonstrated expertise in supply planning, manufacturing operations, and supplier management - Experience supporting new product introduction and collaborating with product engineering teams - Working knowledge of telecommunications technologies and hardware-based product lifecycles - Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional and virtual teams without direct authority - Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
