About the role

🔑 Key Responsibilities 🛒 Sales & Customer Engagement Assist customers with product selection and provide wine recommendations Upsell premium wines and cross-sell related products (e.g., accessories, gourmet items) Promote in-store promotions, membership programs, and events Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business 💰 Cashiering & Store Operations Handle cashiering duties and operate POS system accurately Ensure smooth and efficient checkout process Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks 🧹 Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store at all times Ensure shelves, displays, and wine racks are organized and visually appealing Follow proper storage standards (temperature, lighting, handling) Support in creating attractive product displays and promotions 🎯 Requirements Singapore Citizen or PR only (no foreigner quota available) Prior retail or sales experience preferred (wine/F&B industry is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented with a positive attitude Willing to learn and develop product knowledge Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays If you enjoy interacting with people and have an interest in wine and retail, we welcome you to apply! 📩 Apply Now Email : Wyne.hr@straitswine.com Whatsapp msg only : +65 9796 7393
