In addition to the Basic Requirments for this postion, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting investigations to identify root causes and developing effective solutions for complex engineering problems, AND providing technical oversight and quality assurance for contractor work to ensure adherence to engineering standards and technical requirements, AND leading and/or coordinating engineering teams to ensure projects and tasks are completed on time and in accordance with required specifications, AND serving as the primary engineering point of contact for managing non-conformances, waivers, and deviations, AND collaborating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and restore shipboard equipment.
