About the role

Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Development Develop and execute the company's partnership strategy to expand and strengthen the partner ecosystem. Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with technology providers, consulting firms, financial institutions, professional service firms, and industry associations. Design and manage partnership models, including referral, reseller, technology integration, strategic alliances, and co-marketing collaborations. Lead partner onboarding, enablement, training, and ongoing relationship management. Build long-term relationships with strategic partners and conduct regular business reviews to identify collaboration opportunities and strengthen engagement. Develop joint business plans and partnership roadmaps with key partners. 2. Partner Success & Alliance Management Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners and maintain strong day-to-day relationships. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between partners and internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Compliance, Customer Success, and Sales. Support partners with product updates, training sessions, enablement materials, and partnership resources. Ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. Track partnership milestones, deliverables, and ongoing engagement activities. 3. Co-Marketing & Ecosystem Programs Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives, including webinars, industry events, case studies, thought leadership content, and partner campaigns. Coordinate partner participation in conferences, networking events, and ecosystem programs. Work with Marketing to develop partner communication materials and promotional assets. Drive partner engagement programs to increase collaboration and ecosystem visibility. 4. Partnership Operations & Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, competitive partnerships, and emerging ecosystem opportunities. Collect partner feedback and market insights to support Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Strategy teams. Maintain accurate partnership records, agreements, activities, and reporting within CRM systems. Prepare regular partnership reports, performance dashboards, and management updates. Recommend improvements to partnership processes, governance, and operational efficiency. Requirement Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related discipline. 3-6 years of experience in partnership management, strategic alliances, channel management, customer success, account management, or ecosystem development. Experience working within the RegTech, FinTech, Financial Services, Payments, SaaS, Compliance, or Technology sectors is highly preferred. Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust with senior executives and strategic partners. Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination abilities. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) is an advantage. Fluent in English; Mandarin is highly preferred to support partners across Greater China and the APAC region.
