- Skilled in resolving conflicts and diffusing tense situations among team members or stakeholders, promoting a harmonious work environment with the judgment and professionalism to manage competing priorities in high-visibility project environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, document control platforms, and other client/project management systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience interpreting construction drawings, phasing plans, logistics plans, and field coordination documents is strongly preferred.
