- Strong P&L ownership with clear financial and commercial accountability
- Deep expertise in field-based commercial models and sales force effectiveness
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets
- Experience operating in complex, multi-country environments
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capability
- Solid understanding of commercial compliance and governance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
