Roles & Responsibilities - Induce and up keep positive vibe and environment, and inculcate positive gym culture - Delivery of excellent member service and satisfaction - Ensure brand standards and operating practices are being implemented consistently - Manage the day to day operations of the club - Utilize in-house tools to analyse sales trend, recommend and implement marketing strategy to boost sales performance - Create and implement monthly social media and marketing content and strategies - Work with management to step-up sale promotion and event organisation
