The IT Operations Technician is an experienced individual contributor role responsible for proactively managing all facility requests, IT support tickets, and escalations while continuously improving service levels and driving operational excellence. This role owns the day-to-day reliability of IT operations and facilities support, ensuring issues are anticipated, resolved efficiently, and prevented through strong systems, processes, and automation. The after hours core support hours are as follows: Monday & Tuesday 5:30pm - 1am; Wednesday - Friday 7:30pm - 3:30am. An IT Operations Technician is an early-career IT professional with 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting end users, devices, and operational technology in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as the frontline of IT support, ensuring employees and warehouse operations have reliable access to the technology, systems, and infrastructure required to perform their jobs effectively. The IT Operations Technician is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printer, scanner, and workstation issues; deploying and maintaining end-user devices; supporting warehouse technology; and assisting with site-based IT projects.
