Senior Manufacturing Technician - Ground Support Equipment

Requirements

• High-school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent
• 5+ years Electro-mechanical assembly experience
• Passion for aviation and sustainability
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Comfortable working from electrical schematics and written work instructions
• Experience using a variety of hand/power tools and electrical analysis equipment
• Above and Beyond Qualifications:
• A.A.S in electrical engineering (or similar)
• Soldering experience
• Previous experience working with electric chargers or other high voltage systems
• Experience with automated test systems
• Experience leading others on a team

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation: Build, troubleshoot and test electric vehicle charging systems, debug malfunctioning electro-mechanical assemblies Advance the team's level of quality control, and help implement improvements Identify, draft, and help implement improvements to build processes for quality and ease of manufacture Help build and test new products as they are developed Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
