Responsibilities

  • Manage all leave programs globally

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 6 years' experience without a bachelor's degree.
  • Strong experience managing leaves through a third‑party administrator
  • Knowledge of U.S. and international leave regulations required
  • Workday experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organization, empathy, and confidentiality skills
