Requirements

• 1+ years' experience leading a retail team of at least 3 associates
• 2+ years' of retail experience in a technical customer service or retail sales associate role
• Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
• Must be at least the age of majority (18 or 19 years old depending on your province) to be able to process mobile activations
