Urgent !!! Technical Manager (A1 Main-Con, Building, Tender)

Responsibilities

• Review tender drawings, specifications, contract documents, and client requirements to identify technical risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for value engineering.
• Conduct constructability and buildability reviews, proposing practical construction methodologies and engineering solutions.
• Prepare RFIs, technical proposals, method statements, and tender documentation.
• Develop construction methodologies, site logistics plans, temporary works requirements, and productivity analysis.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, QS, M&E, BIM, and internal stakeholders throughout the tender process.
• Support tender planning by developing construction schedules, resource plans, sequencing, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify long-lead materials, site constraints, access requirements, and recommend cost- and time-saving solutions.
• Prepare technical presentations and support tender interviews with clients and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tender engineering, construction planning, or technical engineering within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, buildability, and constructability analysis.
• Experience in tender preparation, technical proposal writing, and project planning.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination, project scheduling, and construction sequencing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
