About the role

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to handle full set of accounting, management reporting at a group level with end-to-end HR processes including payroll processing as well as handling GTP survey. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment of low to high level position, sourcing, interviewing, training, onboarding and employee exit procedures. Ensure payroll processing and CPF submissions are accurate and completed on time. Handle IR8A filings for employees and ensure compliance with other HR-related statutory requirements. Check and prepare monthly approval for Indonesia staff payroll, contributions etc. Updating of staff handbook to reflect the updated regulations. Liaise with head-hunters on their agreement or renewal. Provide job opening to head-hunter sourcing for suitable candidates. Preparation of offer letters and employment agreements for candidates. Handle all work passes renewal and new applications. Handle full set of accounting, including journal posting, reconciliation, and reporting schedules. Perform month-end closing in Kingdee system and prepare financial reports. Handle various products' financials including sales, purchases, adjustments, reporting, and analysis. Analyse daily trade flows and transactions to ensure accuracy of reporting. Reconcile accounting data to trading operations to ensure consistency. Perform monthly closing for timely group and statutory reporting. Prepare accounting schedules and conduct monthly analytical reviews of financial fluctuations for various products. Handle yearly ECI and tax computations for the company and all related entities. Prepare and submit Global Trader Programme filings with Enterprise Singapore. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external enquiries and resolve matters promptly. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers and auditors. Identify and implement process and control improvements for better efficiency and reporting quality. Liaise with company secretary when necessary. Perform any other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Degree in Accountancy. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with Kingdee or similar accounting software. Knowledge of payroll processing, CPF submissions, and IR8A filings for compliance with Singapore regulations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail, meticulous, and highly adaptable. Preferably able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese with colleagues in China.
