Responsibilities
- Own and deliver day-to-day benefits administration across global programmes (e.g. medical, risk, pensions, wellbeing platforms)

- Experience providing administrative support in a business environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and communications
- Confident communicator with excellent level of written and verbal English, able to clearly explain processes and information
- Ability to work independently on core tasks, whilst proactively seeking input when needed
- Experience with inbox management and/or customer service
- Preferable experience supporting multi-country benefits programmes
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems is desirable

The Global Benefits and Wellbeing Team is responsible for delivering and managing Baringa's employee benefits across all locations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for employees. The team oversees day-to-day benefits administration, maintains systems and data, supports global initiatives, and continuously improves processes in collaboration with People, Payroll, Finance, and external partners.
