Indirect Purchasing Specialist

About the role

Manage indirect purchasing activities related to technical projects, investments, and equipment. Control and optimize expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and budget compliance. Lead and support efficiency improvement projects, identifying savings opportunities and process enhancements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs. Evaluate suppliers, conduct negotiations, and manage contracts to ensure quality, cost, and service performance. Monitor supplier KPIs and ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and purchasing processes. Bachelor's degree in related degrees (Business, Engineering and related field). Proven experience in technical purchasing , procurement, or sourcing roles. Experience managing supplier agreements . Solid negotiation, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work independently. Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
