As Associate Brand Director, Dove Men+Care Deodorants Innovation - North America, you will lead one of Unilever's most strategic and visible growth agendas, sitting at the intersection of US growth, Personal Care leadership, and the Deodorants category-one of Unilever's most important and profitable businesses. You will define the future of Dove Men+Care Deodorants in North America, leading brand strategy, innovation, premiumization, communications, and portfolio development for a business representing the majority of the brand's global footprint. This highly visible leadership role offers significant exposure across North America and Global Personal Care leadership teams and provides a unique platform to lead a category-defining business, influence a global brand, and accelerate your career within one of Unilever's most strategically important growth platforms. Key Accountabilities Serve as a core member of the Dove Men+Care leadership team, leading Brand Managers and partnering cross-functionally to deliver business results. Define and drive the long-term growth strategy for Dove Men+Care Deodorants in North America, identifying the highest-impact opportunities across portfolio, innovation, premiumization, communications, and category development. Lead Core and Premium platforms across the portfolio, stewarding a long-term vision and building a destination portfolio and innovation roadmap that unlocks sustainable growth. Drive business growth through breakthrough innovation and communications, aligned to SASSY principles (Science, Aesthetics, Sensorial, Said by Others, Young Spirited). Build and scale premium brand propositions that challenge existing formats and benefits, including innovation and incubation models within male personal care that unlock new consumer growth opportunities. Develop community-first engagement strategies that embed the brand in culture, driving fame, relevance, and brand love. Lead deep consumer and cultural insight development to fuel innovation, communications, and brand growth initiatives. Develop and evolve Brand Experience Territories (BETs), accelerating a more social-first, data-informed marketing model. Strengthen team capability across innovation, premiumization, and social-first content development, building a strong external partner ecosystem to deliver exceptional creative standards. Develop scalable innovation and brand platforms that establish North America as the lead design market for Dove Men+Care globally. Define and steward the long-term North America brand architecture and portfolio strategy, ensuring clarity of roles, premiumization pathways, and future growth opportunities. Required Qualifications 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in Beauty & Personal Care, with strong expertise in brand building, equity development, and innovation leadership in the US market. Experience leading consumer-centric brands and developing insight-led growth strategies for diverse consumer audiences. Strong interest in men's personal care and evolving consumer behaviors, cultural trends, and modern definitions of masculinity and self-care. Proven experience leading complex, brand agendas and delivering business results in competitive categories. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate long-term vision into clear, executable plans. Deep consumer understanding with a track record of building insight-led innovation and communication platforms. Experience leading integrated brand campaigns and communication strategies, including social-first and culturally relevant marketing approaches. Strong stakeholder management skills, influencing senior partners across functions. Experience managing agency partners and external creative ecosystems. Proven people leadership experience, including building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
