The R&I team is dedicated to empowering the business with a deep understanding of our live music fans. As a Director of R&I, you will collaborate across departments to enhance the event experience and provide actionable insights that help us better connect and engage our audience. The successful candidate will be a highly organised, commercially minded professional with the ability to translate multiple datasets into actionable, commercially impactful insights. Reporting into the Head of Research and Insights, you will oversee delivery of key R&I initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams, maintaining a hands-on role in analytical delivery alongside effective team and project management. You will structure projects, allocate resources effectively across the team, and ensure work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically, you will combine strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
