Month End & Financial Reporting Own accurate and timely close for the US market, ensuring high‑quality financial outputs and supporting Mexico and Canada as required Deliver P&L reporting with clear insights into performance drivers, key movements, and actionable analysis for Finance and commercial teams Provide reporting and KPIs. Maintain and safeguard financial integrity through consistent application of policies and controls Review reconciliations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to best practices Own monthly cash flow forecast submissions, clearly communicating key drivers and variances Lead quarterly reviews with stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and areas of focus Process Improvement & Transformation Own and improve financial processes end‑to‑end, from issue identification through execution and ongoing optimization Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and control gaps, and develop practical, scalable solutions Drive transformation initiatives by partnering with Finance leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders Bring together stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, and Operations to align on process improvements and business outcomes Influence and embed change across the organization, ensuring adoption and sustainability of improved processes Establish and implement best‑in‑class processes, bringing a strong perspective on "what good looks like" Support and contribute to system enhancements, including participation in the SAP S/4HANA upgrade Commercial & Operational Accounting Expertise Apply strong understanding of consumer goods and retail accounting, including: Inventory management and controls Trade promotions, rebates, and deductions Revenue recognition and net revenue drivers Partner with commercial teams to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of promotions, rebates, and customer programs Analyze financial impacts of commercial activities, identifying risks, opportunities, and make recommendations for improvement Coordination & Stakeholder Management Act as a key link between global business services and local markets, ensuring alignment and clarity Coordinate and communicate changes impacting the business, articulating implications and required actions Build strong relationships with Commercial Finance teams and senior stakeholders Partner with the Director of Financial Control Americas to deliver best‑in‑class financial operations Knowledge & Continuous Improvement Maintain strong and current knowledge of markets, business changes, and industry practices Keep pace with business transformation, adapting quickly to new requirements and embedding changes effectively Take ownership of ad hoc initiatives and special projects as required by leadership
