Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support, including preparing quotations and responding to email enquiries
• Process customer orders and coordinate order information with the production team
• Prepare and print product labels
• Assist with inventory ordering and coordination with suppliers
• Process supplier invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and assist with payment administration
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier documents
• Receive incoming deliveries and ensure goods are properly checked and stored
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and related documents when required
• Assist with maintaining food safety and quality documentation (ISO, HACCP, and Halal certifications)
• Support day-to-day office administration and operational tasks

Requirements

• Organised and detail-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in administration is preferred, but applicants without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Working Hours
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Bedok North, Singapore
