Responsibilities
- Review commercial loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, attorneys, title companies, and borrowers to collect and verify required documentation.
- Track loan conditions, order third‑party reports (appraisals, title work, etc.) and maintain well-organized loan files.
- Assist with servicing business accounts, including processing line of credit advances and conducting public records and credit searches.
- Support lenders in monitoring past-due payments, collateral documentation, insurance coverage, and financial statement exceptions.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly portfolio and production reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, credit union policies, and internal procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in commercial lending and loan documentation preferred.
- A two-year college degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
