Manager - Transaction Testing

About the role

This position will lead the transaction testing effort for the Bank's Enterprise Data. Responsible for Scope and Sample decisions, Coordination with the Business Units, and generating reports for the Business.

Responsibilities

• Scope: Coordinating with the Business to achieve alignment on the schedules to be selected as part of the individual testing
• Sampling: Selecting a sample in consultation with the Business
• Data Profiling: Reviewing data at a high level to identify potential weaknesses or areas requiring heightened scrutiny
• Adherence Testing: Assessing reporting logic and related business requirements to determine whether they align with the reporting instructions
• Overseeing Testers: Leading a team of testers and making decisions on areas of uncertainty.
• Reporting: Reporting to the Business and various committees the results of transaction testing as well as providing recommendations as to issues that may require escalation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics in the Financial Services industry, and management role OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics in the Financial Services industry, in a management role
• Preferred Experience: Transaction Testing, Loan Review, Forensic Audit or other applicable roles
• Preferred Education: Post graduate degree
• Preferred Area of Study: Quantitative discipline
• Skill(s): SQL, PowerBI, Tableau
