Responsibilities

  • As an Associate, you will be involved in the development, structuring and financing of a wide range of transactions, and will regularly attend internal and client meetings, negotiations and due diligence sessions.
  • Associate work will include, but is not limited to:
  • Producing analysis and models on leveraged buyouts, discounted cash flows, mergers and acquisitions accretion and dilution, and multiple valuation.
  • Preparing memoranda for internal and external use.

  • Drafting client marketing and pitch materials.

  • Providing mentorship and development to junior staff.

Requirements

  • In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent)
  • Knowledge of and experience in sell-side mergers and acquisitions

  • Expected annualized base salary range: $200,000 - $250,000
