Responsibilities

  • Administrative Operations & Process Support
  • Coordinate administrative functions, office workflows, procedures, records, supplies and resources.

  • Manage scheduling and communication with government, military, academic and industry stakeholders.
  • Meetings, Travel, Events & Space
  • Coordinate travel, itineraries, meetings, seminars, workshops and event logistics for leadership and staff.
  • Assist with space and setup needs for INSPIRE Alliance meetings, events, workshops and related activities.
  • Attend meetings or committees as requested, providing summaries and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with logistics for secure or controlled environments, including SCIF coordination where appropriate.
  • What We Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Seven years of related experience.
  • What is Helpful:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative, coordination or office management experience.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership, federal or mission-driven, research, government, contract-driven or higher education environments preferred.
  • Texas A&M System experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, timelines and administrative processes.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of administrative operations, office management, policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organization, time management, written communication and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, analyze needs and recommend improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
  • Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Ability to supervise staff, coordinate team activities and collaborate with academic, government, military and industry stakeholders.
  • Other Requirements
  • Must have an active security clearance; military background preferred.
  • Commitment to Department of War aligned initiatives, mission-focused programs and INSPIRE Alliance's long-term
