Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Playwright.
  • Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business requirements across Salesforce and integrated applications.

  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and ensure automation aligns with new features and changes.
  • Coordinate with the offshore QA team on task assignments, status updates, and collaborative efforts to support effective work handoff.
  • Support the testing and validation of emergency releases and unplanned fixes to ensure quality and stability in production environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.
  • Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, including core functionalities and data validation.
  • Strong experience developing automated tests using Playwright.
  • Proven experience designing and evolving scalable test automation frameworks using patterns like Page Object Model, ensuring maintainability and low flakiness.
  • Experience testing integrations and applications outside of Salesforce.
  • Strong experience creating and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new business processes and rules as they evolve.
  • Proven ability to write clear, detailed defect reports and track issues through resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira and test management tools like Xray or Zephyr.
