About the role
Credit & Collection Responsible for credit control and collection activities to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables. Review customer credit worthiness and support credit limit assessments in accordance with company policies. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Studies, Finance, or a related field. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or bookkeeping. Experience in credit assessment, collection management, and customer account reconciliation is an added advantage. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized. Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle collection matters professionally. Strong sense of teamwork, integrity, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and standard accounting software. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
