Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Call Center, Customer Service, Sales experience preferred
  • Pay Range:
  • $21.44- $29.16 per hour + sales incentive bonus.
  • Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
  • Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that the position may not be performed remotely from New York.

As an HMGA Sales Representative, you'll engage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels while partnering closely with our agency network and third-party providers. Your focus will be delivering personalized insurance solutions and exceptional service that drives trust, satisfaction, and growth. This is a remote position requiring availability during standard operating hours Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. CST, with occasional Saturday shifts from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. CST. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment and enjoy building relationships, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact-while working from home.
