Metal Fabrication Technician (Stairs, Rails & Custom Steel) Location: Richmond, VA Schedule: First Shift | Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM (occasional Saturdays) Pay: Starting at $22/hour (higher based on experience) Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Technician to build and assemble custom steel components such as railings, stairs, ladders, and other fabricated metal products. This role requires strong blueprint reading, hands-on fabrication experience, and the ability to adapt in a production-driven shop environment.
