About the role

The Label Change Associate supports the coordination and implementation of market- and compliance-driven packaging and label changes. The role focuses on managing product labeling artwork changes (e.g. boxes, cartons, bottles, wraps) in collaboration with stakeholders and the labeling team to deliver high‑quality, production‑ready graphics on time. You will work closely with graphic designers, project managers, and approvers to perform the change in the system and coordinate the communication. Your key duties and responsibilities as a Label Change Associate: Labeling & Artwork Coordination Responsibilities Coordinate communication across teams (Regulatory, Manufacturing, Graphics, etc.) to ensure labeling artwork is accurate and delivered on time Translate label requests and inputs into clear, compliant, and production‑ready artwork for finished goods Support and manage label artwork change projects, including strategy, execution, and issue resolution (with guidance) Review, proofread, and prepare labeling materials such as labels, cartons, inserts, IFUs, and leaflets Daily Work Management & Collaboration Prioritize and organize daily work in collaboration with the Team Leader and project stakeholders Communicate clearly with team members, graphic artists, vendors, and external partners to resolve issues and keep projects on track Represent the Labeling team in project meetings and cross‑functional initiatives Technical & Operational Capabilities Use labeling tools and systems, including file management, printers, scanners, and language conversion software Interpret instructions from multiple sources and organize content from concept to final delivery Apply strong attention to detail in proofreading and quality checks Compliance, Quality & Safety Ensure full compliance with Convatec's Quality Management System (QMS), EHS requirements, and company policies Work in a safe, effective, and regulated manner Continuous Improvement & Project Ownership Contribute to departmental and labeling process improvements Support improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects Take ownership of labeling deliverables within assigned projects Impact & Professional Growth Support operational and project goals with meaningful impact on labeling and compliance Build expertise in packaging and labeling with opportunities for growth Be recognized as a reliable team member who follows improved processes and supports others About you: You are detail‑oriented and comfortable working with structured processes and documentation You can manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities when needed You communicate clearly and work well with cross‑functional teams You are eager to learn and interested in labeling, packaging, and regulated environments You take ownership of your work and understand the importance of quality and compliance Education/Qualifications: Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of work experience in administration and/or quality Strong organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively in Technical English (spoken and written) Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, safety, and environmental requirements Familiarity with Windows‑based applications and office tools Higher education is preferred but not essential; a high school diploma with relevant skills is acceptable.
