Reg Business Analyst Contract Role Belfast - 3 days a week in office A leading global financial institution is seeking a Reg Business Analyst to assist in the delivery of a major regulatory reporting transformation programme. Working across business, operations, technology, compliance and legal teams Candidates should have: Significant experience in business analysis, change management or project delivery within a financial services environment. Experience with regulatory reporting regulations such as EMIR, SFTR, MiFID II/MiFIR, CFTC or similar. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple functions and levels of seniority. Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with data and producing management information would be advantageous.
