Responsibilities
- Partner with the Outreach and Expo Manager to build and maintain relationships with new and existing employers
- Coordinate and manage logistics for employer engagement activities, including on-campus recruiting visits and events
- Organize off-campus employer site visits, including job shadow programs, student organization visits, and experiential learning opportunities
- Support employer-led mentorship programs by coordinating schedules, communications, applications, and logistics
- Assist in planning and executing large-scale career events, including career expos and fairs
- Serve as a point of contact for employers, providing guidance and ensuring a positive engagement experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employer outreach efforts and student career pathways

Requirements
- Required Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in coordinating events, logistics, and communications
- Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends and travel locally or regionally as needed
