Come work in a vibrant academic oncology program in one of the country's most dynamic and thriving Veterinary Schools! Louisiana State University has an open clinical or tenure-track faculty position for a Radiation Oncologist to join our team of two medical oncology faculty, one radiation oncology faculty, four residents (three medical oncology and one radiation oncology), and five full-time oncology nurses. We have a busy combined clinical service that is supported by a comprehensive diagnostic imaging service, specialty surgeons, clinical pathologists, and a full complement of specialty services. Our 21EX linear accelerator with on-board imaging including cone beam CT is capable of SRT, IMRT, 3D conformal, and electron radiation treatments. We also have a strontium probe. In addition, we are rapidly building up a clinical trials program and have clinical and laboratory support staff that are equipped to facilitate additional clinical trials. We are also members of the Comparative Oncology Trials Consortium (COTC). We're excited to add another faculty member to our dynamic group!
