Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in equity compensation administration, including multi-jurisdiction (US and Canada) programs - US equities experience a must.
- High level of proficiency with Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.

The Sr. Manager, Equity Compensation will own the global administration of RBI's employee equity programs - the grant, vesting, tax, and reporting processes that deliver a meaningful portion of total direct compensation to executives and employees across RBI's global brands. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal, with significant exposure to the operational backbone of how RBI rewards its talent. Equity Compensation sits within the Total Rewards function and is responsible for RBI's: Equity Plan Administration: End-to-end administration of RBI's global equity plans, including grant processing, vesting events, and stock option exercises in the equity platform. Tax & Withholding: Validation of multi-jurisdictional tax withholdings and partnership with Payroll to ensure accurate, timely settlement of taxes on equity transactions. ESPP & Dividends: Administration of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and reconciliation of quarterly dividends. Reporting, Audit & Governance: Data integrity, quarterly audits, and the preparation of information for People, Finance, and Legal teams to support compliance and disclosure. This role - Sr. Manager, Equity Compensation - reports to the Sr. Director, Global Compensation and is a critical member of the Company's employee equity and tax planning process, working closely with the People (HR), Payroll, and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness across all deliverables. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic working environment, brings strong attention to detail and confidentiality, and has a passion for undertaking process improvement projects that scale equity administration as the function evolves. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record administering equity programs for both US and Canada, experience partnering across People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal stakeholders, and a demonstrated ability to build and improve processes. In your first 12 months, you'll take full ownership of the annual grant and vesting cycles, partner with Payroll to close multi-jurisdiction tax settlements cleanly, and deliver at least one process-improvement project that reduces manual effort in equity administration.
