Your contribution directly supports timely manufacturing and successful delivery to our customers worldwide. Role and responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient assembly of technical products, while actively contributing to process improvement and team success. Your main responsibilities include: Assembling, integrating, and qualifying products according to standard assembly procedures and quality guidelines. Ensuring production milestones are met at the end of each shift and supporting smooth handovers between shifts. Managing materials and products, including requesting, receiving, checking, storing, and preparing them for use in production. Supporting the introduction and integration of new products and processes by following test protocols and operational guidelines. Monitoring manufacturing activities and proactively contributing to prioritization and planning within the team. Working in full compliance with safety regulations, including the correct use of personal protective equipment. Identifying opportunities for process optimization and actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Accurately documenting and reporting material flows, product status, shift transfers, and recurring issues. Supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, learning-focused team environment. Education and experience Education: MBO 3/4 in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or similar. Experience: Ideally 2+ years at ASML and 4+ years technical experience in precision assembly. Dedicated and eager candidates with less experience may also be considered.
