About the role

Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Human Resources, the Advisor, Human Resources (HR) is responsible for leading and assisting with broad range of HR services. You will be a key figure supporting central services and have the opportunity to build relationships with employees across diverse departments and at all levels of the business. To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an effective ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. You will possess the ability to positively influence, partner with, and coach others, fostering collaboration and growth within the team, being capable of working independently on projects from start to finish, demonstrating initiative and self-direction. The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity. Requirements

• Minimum two years related human resources experience
• Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent
