Responsibilities

• Teaching and Lesson Delivery
• You will teach up to 3 classes per day and conduct lessons aligned with the latest MOE syllabus. The role involves supporting students in structured academic improvement across subjects such as:
• English
• Writing, comprehension, grammar, and answering techniques
• Math
• Concept mastery, problem-solving, and exam application
• Science
• Foundation building, scientific concepts, and structured answering techniques
• Chinese
• Writing, comprehension, and answering techniques
• Student Progress and Parent Confidence
• You will conduct short assessments, identify learning gaps, and adjust teaching strategies based on student needs and performance trends. You will also help build parent confidence through consistent student progress and clear academic support.
• Operational Support
• You will assist with lesson preparation, teaching resources, scheduling support, and smooth day-to-day centre operations.
• Leadership Growth Opportunities
• Strong performers will have the opportunity to work closely with the team and John, with a progression pathway towards Assistant Centre Manager.

Requirements

• We are looking for candidates who are:
• Diploma or degree holders, preferably in education-related fields
