Leads and supports all phases of civilian recruitment, from requirements identification through onboarding, streamlining processes, and enhancing candidate experience. 2. Supports onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, performance management documentation, training initiatives, and awards processing, continuously seeking process improvements. 3. Identifies issues, recommends solutions, and escalates complex or ambiguous matters appropriately. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
