Essential Duties and Responsibilities Build relationships with business leaders and truly understand their strategy, key initiatives, and KPIs for success such that you have shared ownership for reaching their goals. Identify and apply best analytical techniques to achieve business objectives. Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics solutions, including predictive and prescriptive outputs, insights, and visualizations to enable business users to make better data-driven decisions. Execute analytic activities supporting solution development, including data gathering, cleansing, and integration, statistical transformation and modeling, and feature engineering and selection. Develop deep understanding of internal and external data. Create appropriate standards and processes to ensure quality and consistency of Decision Intelligence Group solutions. Direct activities of associate/senior data scientists, third-party contractors, and consultants for specific business projects. Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams. Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
