Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- At least 1 year of people management or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and systems
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
