Assistant HR Executive

Requirements

• Min diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Has relevant experience in mass recruitment, at all levels of staff
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and selection methods.
• Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment needs and interview scheduling Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate new hire orientation Maintain recruitment and onboarding records accurately HR Administration Maintain and update employee records (new joiners, organisation chart) Prepare Employment contracts Assist in HR projects such as policy updates, employee engagement activities, and process improvements (digitalisation) Support training administration (Arrange Forklift/Food Cert Course) Reception Cover Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g pens, forms and magazines) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock (office supplies & Uniforms & Shoes) Update calendars and schedule meeting
