About the role

You will serve as an INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST in the NAVAL MEDICAL FORCES DEVELOPMENT COMMAND of NMFSC DET SAN ANTONIO TX. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in learning theory, psychology of learning, educational psychology; instructional design practices; instructional product development; and computers in education and training. Experience in a leadership role and experience in research and systems analysis for managing and resolving medical education and training issues as related to the interaction of all services i.e. (Coast Guard, Army, Navy, Marine Corp, Air Force and Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Health Affairs OASD- (HA)) for ensuring the effectiveness and interaction of mission's requirements. Extensive knowledge and experience of all services organizations, roles, missions, policies, and procedures as related to the interservice of medical education and training missions and projects.
