Pricing Analyst (Change Orders)

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and existing system configurations to calculate the financial components of client contracts
• Effectively manage the change order queue from initial request to final execution
• Manage the input of study specifications within budget calculators
• Analyze client requirements to calculate the financial components of client proposals
• Prepare, edit and/or customize change order text to accurately reflect the changes in assumptions and budget summaries
• Ensure change orders are consistent with pricing/financial terms outlined customer master agreements
• Schedule and Lead the Change Order Alignment calls with the project team(s)
• Actively communicate with the Project Team and Finance to support the timely and accurate delivery of change orders
• Perform other duties, assignments or special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Finance or Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of contracts processes and strategies
• Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel applications
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM, salesforce.com
• Time management and organizational skills
• Accountability and Integrity
• Collaboration with internal teams
• Role Levels and Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in pricing analysis and budget management
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Advanced English user
• Advanced Excel skills
• Background in clinical research - nice to have
• Contract management previous experience - nice to have
• Change orders management previous experience - nice to have
• Previous experience in client-facing roles - nice to have
