Responsibilities

  • Provide basic technical support to customers via email, phone, or other methods
  • Answer calls from the call queue and manage accordingly

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate
  • Ability to work independently, self-starter, attention to detail, high sense of urgency
  • 2-5 years of call center or data center experience
  • Experience as intern on related fields is acceptable.
