About the Role: We are currently seeking a Creative Leader to lead Marketing creative in partnership with agencies and product marketers, ensuring consistent brand content through all touch points. This role will develop brand building work that will cultivate our brand look and feel with a heavy focus on working with external creative agencies, sometimes internal teams. The successful candidate will continually push for innovation, never settling for the status quo. This person must have a strong background in Creative Direction (agency or client side) and must be a highly strategic thinker with a proven track record for leading efforts to execute across multiple media formats. Key Requirements: Professional Experience: At least 10 years of experience as a Creative Director in-house or creative agency with Copywriter background. Digital and social are non-negotiable. Market Expertise: APAC experience and digital and social background. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is only required. Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and collaborating with global stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with experience using data to validate market insights.
