Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze MCO on each new vehicle to determine the legal entity.

Job Posting End Date 07-08-2026 Please note the job posting will close on the day before the posting end date. Job Summary License and title all new vehicles and equipment at AEP. Title changes as required when vehicles become company owned. Title changes when vehicles move from one Operating Company to another Operating Company. Title changes when lease is refinanced with another Leasing Company. This requires knowledge of the Federal Regulations as well as different state laws that govern licenses and titles. This includes the Apportion plates, Cab cards, IRP plates, and compliance with the Federal 2290 form. The ability to work without direct supervision. Communicate via electronic mail as necessary; Documentation is very important in this process in order for timely license and titles. Organization is critical as each vehicle must be tracked in the process until title and license has been received by Fleet. Receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing license and titles.
