We're building a software-defined Battery Management System (BMS) platform + instant quote configuration frontend that gets battery manufacturers the right BMS in days, not years. Funded, prototype proven, first large customer contract, based in Hamburg. You'd be our first engineering hire, owning the embedded (no_std) Rust firmware and working directly with the CTO (me) on implementation through certification. Looking for: at least 1+ yr no_std production Rust, a testing/quality mindset, and CI/CD + HiL + coverage as everyday tools. Bonus: async Rust, ARM/RISC-V tracing, CAN/LIN/BLE/LTE, safety-critical (IEC 61508 / ISO 26262). Anyone interested, please reach out.
