Analyse payment transactions and operational workflows using SQL and other analytical tools to identify defects, optimise processing efficiency, support root cause analysis, and recommend technology-driven improvements across payment and treasury platforms. Partner with regional business, operations and technology teams to deliver scalable payment solutions for Corporate and Institutional Banking, providing production support, stakeholder communication, release coordination and comprehensive project documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Visio.
