We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) - Food & Beverage to join our dynamic hospitality team in Mysuru, India. As a GSA - F&B, you will play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our guests through attentive service, genuine hospitality, and collaborative teamwork. Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including table setup according to established standards and procedures Inspect table settings, cleanliness, and side station preparation prior to service commencement to ensure operational readiness Deliver food and beverage services in accordance with departmental standards, ensuring prompt and accurate order fulfillment Serve food and beverages at the correct temperature and presentation, maintaining consistency with service excellence standards Apply food safety and hygiene precautions in accordance with hotel HACCP standards and protocols Personalize guest interactions by remembering patron names and preferences to enhance their dining experience Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue while promoting dining venue offerings Clear and reset tables efficiently following guest departure, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment Collect and verify food and beverage supply requisitions, ensuring accurate stock management and inventory control Report any guest complaints, incidents, or irregularities to management promptly and professionally Assist other Food & Beverage outlets during peak service times or as required by management Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all F&B services, menu contents, preparation methods, and hotel amenities Demonstrate proficiency in hotel fire and life safety procedures and emergency protocols Attend all scheduled briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned by management Report for duty punctually, wearing a clean and complete uniform while maintaining high personal hygiene standards Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by hotel management **Required Skills:** Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine rapport with diverse guests Strong verbal and written communication abilities **Experience:** Prior experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or guest-facing roles is preferred **Education & Certifications:** Industrial Training Completed (required) Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Tourism Management (preferred) Food Safety and Hygiene certification or HACCP training (preferred)
