Job Description A production team member operates machinery, assembles parts, and packages goods on a manufacturing line while adhering to safety and quality standards Essential job functions include but are not limited to: Lift, carry and place parts on trim fixture Use hand tools to smooth rough edges Make pass/fail quality decisions based on quality standards Prep boxes with labels and instructions Lift, carry and place finished parts on the box Close and staple the box using staple gun Stack completed boxes on the pallet and prep for stretch wrap Follow standardized work to meet production and quality expectations Participate in team environment with 2 - 5 team members in the area Physical Requirements of position: Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 40lbs. Occasionally work with weights of up to 20lbs. Team lift and rollers are both used. Use hands to manipulate and operate hand tools and power tools. Able to bend, reach, twist and carry above shoulder / below waist level. Able to stand for periods of up to 8 hour shifts, with breaks. Able to visually inspect parts for defects.
