Responsibilities

• Promote and sell health and wellness products to customers.
• Explain product benefits and usage to customers.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Ensure products are well-stocked and displayed neatly.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide good customer service.
• Collect customer feedback and share with the team.
• Support promotions, roadshows, and product launches.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales, customer service, beauty, wellness, pharmacy, or health supplement experience will be advantageous.
• Comfortable engaging customers in a retail environment.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
